While I cannot speak for everyone, the turnaround time to our requests has vastly improved. We get much better assistance in the day-to-day issues we have at the complex. Our property manager, Suzie Garcia, is amazing, responsive, professional and friendly. She is usually reachable by phone or email. Obviously, there are times when it may take a day or two for a response, but that is usually due to the fact that she handles many properties and is always busy.
