Ariel began her career with SLPM after serving on her own HOA Board under the company’s management. Her experience as a Board member and resident greatly enhances her communication style and understanding of community goals. Ariel has been integral in facilitating our team’s use of HOA software for better service and engagement with residents. She spent years managing households for intellectually disabled adults and enjoys creating spaces where all residents feel welcome and included.
