Brian comes to SLPM with over a decade of experience in East Bay property management, where he has overseen multi-family rental communities and complex operations across diverse portfolios. His background includes senior leadership roles in operations and property management, where he developed expertise in budgeting, vendor relations, capital improvements, and team development.

In addition to his professional work, Brian has served for several years as a homeowners’ association board member, giving him a first-hand understanding of the unique challenges and responsibilities faced by HOA communities. This combination of operational leadership and board experience equips him to support SLPM’s clients with a balance of financial discipline, community engagement, and long-term asset stewardship.

Outside of work, Brian remains active as a nonprofit board member supporting unhoused individuals and as a school volunteer, bringing the same commitment to collaboration and service that defines his professional approach.
