Gary DeMattei founded SLPM Association Management Services in 1978 with a vision to bring reliable, community-focused management to homeowners, commercial, and industrial associations throughout the East Bay. A licensed real estate broker since the very beginning, Gary has built SLPM into one of the most respected boutique firms in the region. Known as an institution in the East Bay, he’s admired by clients, owners, and even former renters for his integrity, dedication, and genuine care for the communities he serves.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Gary continues to contribute his expertise and leadership to SLPM’s ongoing success. Outside of the office, Gary enjoys golfing, spending quality time with his grandchildren, and—most recently—honing his skills in the kitchen. He’s a proud father of three, grandfather of six, and great-grandfather of four.
