Before entering the community management industry, Leanne built a robust career in information technology, managing telecom departments at STS and Cisco Systems. She also led customer service and fleet operations during her 10+ years with Hertz Rent-A-Car — experience that shaped her strong commitment to service, systems, and operational excellence.

Under her guidance, the company has become known for integrity, expertise, and long-term client relationships. Whether working with board members, developers, or property owners, Leanne brings deep knowledge, personalized service, and a solutions-driven approach to every community she serves.
